Mufasa currently provides shipping services exclusively to customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All orders are processed and shipped from our primary logistics hub located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

 

2. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order for shipment is separate from the time it takes to reach you. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total value of your order.

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they are subject to our courier's performance and regional clearance processes.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your watches are delivered securely and efficiently. Our primary carriers are SMSA Express.

 

5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing the tracking number(s) and a direct link to the courier’s website so you can monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Procedure

For customers selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery driver. Should the delivery be refused or the customer be unreachable, Mufasa reserves the right to decline future COD orders from the same customer.

 

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable local sales tax (VAT) where required. For shipments within the KSA and UAE, there are typically no additional customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery. If any unforeseen fees are incurred, please contact us immediately.

 

8. Damages and Lost Packages

Mufasa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local security/neighbors and contact the carrier directly.
